Transportation of drilling muds
We provide dump trucks of different load capacity and the required safety for the transportation of muds and drilling cutting during dry location operations. Consequently, there is a reduction on water consumption and the environmental impact on the soil.
Transportation of fluid loadings
We count on a vacuum equipment fleet and different load-capacity tanks for: supplying, distribution and transportation of fluid and/or solid freight to derrick equipment and non-conventional drilliing ones; water supply for hydraulic tests and all form of transportation required for oil and gas operations.
Disassembly, transportation, assembly
We are in charge of transporting freight between different locations, whether Tower equipment, Work Over, Drilling or Pulling through a fleet of self-transporting chassis trucks. For the rest of the freight we use: carts, oil trucks or cranes with up to 70 tons capacity.
Production Support Service
Our regular team of go-fors, plant operators and lab technicians provide assistance, maintenance, installation sanitation and fire protection to grids. Moreover, they perform fluid sample tests.
Chemical Products: Transportation, Distribution and Logistics
We develop application, transportation and handling of chemical products through specialized lab staff and we also handle light and heavy-weight fleet trailers with high-pressure pumps and transfer ones. Moreover, we collect plant and field samples and we perform scrutiny on location and in research facilities.
Dewaxing and pumping
Hot Oil equipment is used for hot oil or water pumping on pumping wells lines or pipes meant to remove stuck paraffin. This type of equipment – which includes a motor pump – is used when the fluid does not require previous heating.
Wireline
Units applied in injecting wells for flow rate register and regulating valves movement at the bottom. In addition, these units are used in supporting recovery operations.
Slickline
Used in the handling of plain steel-wired wells – essential in the production stage. Besides, the system allows valve movement and gauging, tubing plug fixing, temperature, flow rate and pressure measuring (among others.)
Maintenance & Instrumentation
We count on field crews who get around in light and heavy fleet in order to provide maintenance service as well as pump repair and calibration, batteries´electronic tools pumping devices and also installations in general.
Installation Maintenance, Electrical Wiring Assembly and Medium
Power Operations
We provide building & maintenance services and also repair of wiring, engine, control panel, cell and controller installations done by highly-qualified staff through the use of hydrocranes and hydrolifttrucks.
Oil derrick Operations
Work Over
We perform intervention programs on oil and gas wells, injectors and sewers on conventional deposits as well as NOC. We use 5,000-15,000PSI BOP for completion, repair, cleaning or well setup. Besides, we have 550HP equipment with 260,000 pound capacity poles and 110 feet high.
Flush By
We also have versatile units specially designed for the handling of pumping rods, the cleaning and the performance of well pressure tests.
Our units hold 14-meter derricks, 8m3 tanks, triplex pump and the necessary tools for rod operation and fishing.
Pulling
Repair and cleaning service of oil and gas wells, aquifers, injectors as well as sewers. Equipment allows pulling, lowering of production facilities, injection or artificial pulling of rods and/or pumping pipe, setting and releasing of packers, anchors, plugs, cleaning of sand pump, rotation and circulation wells.
